Order Processing

Orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or personalized items may require additional preparation time. Any additional processing time will be noted in the product description or communicated to you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Carrier Delays and Service Issues

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery operations are outside our control. Ms Suggieluv Craft is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holiday volume, service disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control, except where required by law.

A carrier delay alone does not qualify an order for a refund or replacement unless required by law. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. You may also contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier and email us promptly at ms.suggieluvcraft@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. For damaged packages, please keep the packaging and include photos when possible.

We will review the issue and assist with available next steps, including a carrier claim when appropriate. Any resolution will comply with applicable law.
